This series focuses on digitally aging images using Photoshop. All photographs in this project began as full colour, modern digital images and through various techniques have been digitally manipulated to have an aged, traditional feel to them. This project therefore focuses on the concept of time and contrasts this though its exploration of traditional techniques on modern, digital images. The project naturally moved towards architecture and its history, with each image looking at a different style of aging, such as a sepia effect for more traditional buildings or a vintage use of colour for those slightly more modern.
