As an introduction to our cafe, we would like to bring out a concept “When we disconnect, we connected”, it means when we disconnect with the internet, we connected with each other.
Nowadays, most cafes provide Internet Wi-Fi. No matter single or in group, customers tend to order their coffee and spend time scrolling on either their laptops or their phones, it causes less interaction between people around them and less socialising.
Therefore, in social cafe, we do not provide any Wi-Fi access over here. Although this may be inconvenient, but the little sacrifice is for a bigger picture. It is to encourage people to talk with people more rather than devoting themselves into 'gadgets' world' and being antisocial.
LOGO DESIGN
The design of this cafe logo is two people sitting on a table facing each other. It brings out the concept of the interaction between people.
The logo comes with 3 different categories which is elderly person, adults and teens. It's because most people usually hang out with people approximately around their age, so that they may have much more things or interest in common to talk about or hang out with.
