Empathising With Chemical Engineering Student's Learning Experience of Complicated Process: Re-designing Instructions Using Student Case Study
The project explored an experience of a student in a Chemical Engineering Lab when learning in a class to perform a chemical experiment and while performing it using the machine. The research process included the interview with the student and understanding the physical space, the classroom where the device is located. The design response involves the design of instructions for students.

Notes Made During Interview and Manual
Identified Issues:
1. Cluttered classroom due to number of Students makes it difficult to view the instructor while performing the experiment
2. Technical terms are difficult to remember
3. Lack of Information Architecture makes it difficult to follow original manual
4. Safety of students ignored while using the experiment room
