The objective of this project was create a half-page, double-sided insert that will appear in front of an existing full-page information sheet and placed into a white standard pocket folder for Audubon Park Garden Apartment Homes. I started with the hand drawn property map and digitized it in Illustrator.  This step was the hardest because the roads were drawn uneven and getting them an even width and adding the curvature was not easy and I had some trouble with it.  Once I digitized it, I then added color and labels to it.  The second part of this project was to recreate the floorplans of the three apartment styles and label them based on the rough drafts given.  The final part of this project was to put it all together and create the insert.  This was also challenging because there was so much information to put on the insert and the size of the insert was small.  I had to size the floorplans big enough to be readable but not so big that it would look crowded.  I am pleased with the final outcome of the insert.
