The Homeless Counting Process Through Service Design

User Interviews comprised of questions about participant's experience and journey mapping followed by a discussion of their journey.
All the participants were compiled in 4 personas above.

The data from the interviews was also compiled in a journey map and the issues and positive factors identified by all participants.
Stakeholder maps were created after journey mapping to understand and document relationships between stakeholders and their involvement in each phase.
Issues listed during journey mapping were clustered using affinity mapping to identify themes.
