Leisure scheme developed by the Royal Borough of Greenwhich in London, with the intention of bringing new like to the heart of Eltham High St.
The building comprises two restaurant at street level and a 6 screen multiplex cinema located at higher levels. A bar on the first floor also opens into the High Street.
The design features brick facades on lower levels and rear of the building, matching the traditional construction of the suroundings, topped by two volumes cladded in backlit perforated metal panels which will glow in the evening ours.
The scheme started construction in he first half of 2017 and construction is expected to last 18 months.
