How has the college environment impacted my creative practice?

I wanted to recreate the thrill and wonder of a freshman in college through a mid-century style 3-panel narrative-slash-sequence. The style is whimsical, simple, and straightforward. I thought these elements would be fitting for the lifestyle I found myself in during my first year of college.

My first year as a college student. Everything is fun and wild and exhausting. Everything is new and fresh. I find myself primarily in 3 places: the Stamps building, my part time jobs, and my apartment.

I don’t know what I’m doing or what I plan to do in the future. Everything is fun and wild and exhausting. New experiences and new things that I’ve never been exposed to before, all during this one yea. I’ve learned a lot. I find myself doing primarily 3 things: working on art projects, working at my part time jobs, passing out at my apartment.
