Based on the idea that illustration can serve as a source to better understand an intangible space dimension, the project’s aim is to explore human relationships with the unknown. One of the main points of the practice undertaken is that of drawing owning the power, of visualizing and consequently helping us to understand complex thoughts.
Transitional Appearance represents the choice to explore and gain knowledge about the Fourth Dimension, to communicate with that part of our self that wonders about things that only our imagination can visualize.
The final output consists in an installation where the user is encouraged to look inside a box, where a 3D stop-motion animation on the properties of dimensions is played.
