PER UNA BUCCIA DI KIWI is an editorial project, which wants to raise the awareness about food waste, projecting Italy towards the Expo 2015. It is composed of a menu of six anti-waste recipes from the Lazio region in Italy, where the preparation is graphically illustrated to offer a new approach to recipe books.
