The Ten Commandments of Good Typography

10 Commandments of Good Typography
Brief: You will compile a typography handbook size A6, which holds 12 pages plus 4pp cover (You are allowed to create more pages but do not compromise quality for quantity). It is up to you to decide how you want to interpret this task. You can take it literally and produce a typography and layout guide book for graphic design students. Or you could approach the task with humour and produce something witty and entertaining. You can use quotes from famous typographers to guide the readers’ thoughts and to liven up your booklet. You can create typographic illustrations to stimulate the reader’s minds. Either way, your work should reflect a sound knowledge and experience in the field of typography. It is essential that the typographic design and layout is exemplary. Choose and use your fonts with care, craft your layout grid thoroughly, pay good attention to detail.
