I visualized this two-bedroom dwelling as a spanish revival style home, drawing from the elements already present there, such as the vertical-grooved wooden front door and the stucco siding. Carpet was torn out and hard wood floors refinished throughout the home.  In addition, walls were re-painted and appliances and countertops were replaced before it sold in Spring 2010.
