IMATECH


Imatech’s main business is to provide innovative tech solutions to the mining and minerals industry, but over time they have developed sub-brands which have spilled into other industries. Great for business, but a little confusing to the employees who aren’t exactly sure who Imatech is anymore.
The owners and key managers enlisted our branding expertise at Baxter to get everyone on the same page. We facilitated a workshop focussing on their brand foundations and then delivered an internal campaign to reassure employees of their important role in the company’s progression.

The branding component of this project helped establish Imatech’s vision, mission, values, brand story and map out the critical sub-categories of their umbrella brand.

From the developments of this branding workshop, we conceptualised an internal campaign. By taking the familiar and stable element of Imatech – it’s brand logo – and bringing it to life in a modern, engaging and informative way, we were able to literally take employees on the Imatech journey from then, to now, and beyond. 

As part of an internal branding project created by Baxter Studios, Never Sit Still were tasked with animating the brand story to engage employees and encourage an open conversation.
