Final presentation of our concept on a study model built by an architecture student
The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society, PHS, works to increase the presence of nature in the city of Philadelphia. PHS projects are organized and then community driven. They focus on the interaction between the people and the development of green spaces.

This street corner adjacent to the organization's headquarters features surprisingly little greenery but has a large mural about the impact of nature and children. The neighborhood is near the Benjamin Franklin parkway and features some nightlife.

What better way to increase awareness of the PHS than a lighting installation that encourages interaction between the passer-bys and a digital version of nature?
