This project is named "Distrito Cancun". The project is located between the airport and entrance to Cancun city or the hotel zone. The scope for the design is a conceptual study to develop seven 14 stories towers. The master layout is an "L" shape featuring 4 towers in the longest segment and 3 on the shortest. This "L" opens to a private park and beyond you will be able to have magnificent Mexican Caribbean views. In the park there will be swimming pools for babies, kids, teens, adults and the elderly. In addition there will be a bike track, a palapa, restaurant, and other resort like amenities. The condos on the towers on the other hand, will have 3 bedrooms. The living and dining areas and the master bedroom will enjoy park views and beyond the ocean.
