"Installing Meaning Typecon 2010" Identity

I planned and designed the identity for a hypothetical typography conference that introduces the idea of applying meaning to typographic imagery that exists in physical spaces. Participants will learn how the use of a projector, highly ornamented typography, physical objects and materials, grids, and a combination of all these elements can be used to send a message with multiple levels of read. The imagery and concept for the identity are based on experiments I conducted and documented while considering word choice, typeface choice, materials used, and the setting of the installations.
