Lumo Bodytech is a technology company that has developed a technology platform that leverages smart sensors, software to optimize performance and address human biomechanics through real-time tracking of body movement. The current products include the Lumo Lift, posture coaches, activity trackers, and Lumo Run which is a sensor technology that measures and coaches you on running form.
As a designer, visual characteristic expresses the brand through logo, photography, icon, color, typography.
For the case of Lumo Lift, we want the brand and product to convey the concept: confidence, uplifting, positive and encouraging.

User Interface Design
The target user was set as 20ish people, but after launching the first version, data turns out the most active users are from the 40-60 age range. We also discovered a lot of things from the user tests:
1. Our new users can not clearly understand how to use Lift from old version of on boarding, or user manual.
2. People always expect immediate posture feedback.
3. People do not know what the perfect posture is. They alway bent over their back, puff their belly out, or jut their chins.
4.The status of posture should be more important than activity tracking.
5.People have strong passion of having good posture.

From the results of data analyzing and user tests, in the second version, it is much clearer to look at, the NPS is raising from negative to positive.
