Post-poster project

My concept is to question the paradigms of the poster design. It is a relatively conservative field of art with srtict rules: eye-catching, easily visible and decodable information on an almost always vertically oriented sheet of paper, which is attached to a vertical surface. But what happens if we start to think about a poster's environment as an intentional part of the concept? Is it possible to use the environment as an expansion of the poster where the poster
and its setting form a complex message together which is incomprehensible when the poster is separated from its environment? Are there any situations where we can avoid obeying these rules in the design and still produce relevant content?

_a school project_
a paradoxical non-eye-catching design which cannot be unseen
unnecessary to be flashy when people will get in contact with it anyway
has the time to be noticed at a popular viewpoint where people use to spend hours.
and what if there's no 'distance'?
size matters?
what's more important? the decodability or the will to decode?
Is it necessary to decode a poster at a glance?
point of view also matters
