A BIT OF TEXT
I would like to present you a competition project of the territory development for business center Citydel, which includes 2 different variants of conception. The project was made in the architectural studio of T+T Architects. Architects: Daniil Shishkov and Olga Surogina.
Because of the small territory, on the one hand, and a big number of traffic paths and functional zones, on the other, there is no big changes in zoning, but more improvement: we've made better division of pedestrian and car traffic, added new urban elements, green zones and visual accents.
In each variant we tried to emphasize different aspects of visual expression of the territory. Variant 1 is about creation of human-scale environment and using of natural materials. Variant 2 is about accents: lamps and street furniture, which become colorful points on the territory of the business center.
