CAR AND MARINE AUDIO | SERIES REBRAND
Polk Audio's car audio systems are designed to make any car, boat or ATV sound better than ever. With water and dirt resistant materials, their speakers deliver rugged reliability, and thrilling sound performance. This allows audio consumers to turn their drive into a power trip with dynamic audio that can go just about anywhere.
Polk Audio is widely known for their two car audio lines: the marine certified 'DB Series', and the premium, ultra-marine certified 'MM Series'. Both the DB and MM Series are constructed using the most advanced materials available, which gives them their legendary sound quality.
Polk Audio has recently released the next generation of these speaker lines, known as the DB+ Series and MM1 Series. The high performance upgrades include new technology, as well as improved product design and function. The DB+ Series was released at the 2016 CES trade show, followed by the MM1 Series at the 2017 CES trade show.
As the lead brand designer on this project, I rebranded the DB+ and MM1 Series. Deliverables include: finalized identity, brand guidelines, packaging, promotional materials, website UI designs, and CES trade show graphics.
