The concept behind this branding project was to promote welsh heritage and culture through the airport's logo by using a celtic symbol known as a triquetra. The idea behind the triquetra is that the 3 points have individual meanings, and is thought to have a wide array of interpretations. One of the meanings is thought to have been 'Development, Progression, Expansion' which i thought fitted well into the business ethos. The logo is very simple and modern as requested and also relates to the history of the welsh celts.
