Toronto Eaton Centre App
In 2009, we created the Eaton Centre App for iPhone, Android and Blackberry devices, the very first shopping centre app in Canada. It fulfilled all necessities of every user; store location, map, way finding, promotions, events, etc. It became the standard of Shopping Apps like Square One, Yorkdale, Vaughan Mills, and others.
In 2014, the popularity of the app was so big that users in the entire Greater Toronto Area (GTA) recognized it, and it was all thanks to the branding and independency of Eaton Centre App, because of that good response, we created a brand new version that increased the users view by 40% in just few weeks.
Unfortunately, even with thousands of monthly users, corporate took the decision of taking down the app, because they wanted to uniform all their centres in one single brand and in one single app. We will miss that Goose that represent the Shopping Centre for sure.
