We were invited by Random studio to do a series of videos that represent them. Through six videos we have managed to depict the true spirit of the studio. These videos are featured on Random studio website, but also they use them to present the studio on client meetings as well as festivals such as FITC and Resonate where they premiered already.
What makes Random unique, apart from the fact that their office looks like a jungle, is the wild time they organize together. This animation is inspired by laser parties, group trips, exotic food, table dancing and hysteric laughs that they share together.
Random Studio works in the intersection of art and technology which is why we decided to give artistic and human quality to a computer interface. Each of the windows represent another discipline or stage in the work progress, from research to coding.
Ideas, sketches, expectations, wires, codes, sounds, designs, interfaces, software, hardware all click at one moment into an installation that interacts with the audience like a symphony, but seemed like a chaos only a few moments earlier.
