Inside Level Shoe District in Dubai Mall sits Vogue Café, an open-plan café that leans heavily on plush furniture and snappy waiter uniforms to enforce its ‘we’re so fashion’ message. Although one would be inclined to assume a venue like this is rather pretentious, the food on offer and the level of service begs to differ.
