Product: Retirement planning product
Problem: "Simplify the benefits understanding of retirement planning for people between 35-45 year olds, by accompanying them step by step in their offer customization according to their needs and constraints."
Our answer
Based on user personae psychological barriers and objectives, we planned to catch the targeted users attention on Facebook. The idea was also to encourage them to discuss about this unexciting topic in a very casual way and tone of voice. So, we decided to use a chatbot based on user profiles in order to have a more personalized and efficient approach.
