After the completion of their Visual Identity exercise, B&B had a requirement to market it's uber luxurious and up-market residential complex - Spire. 
Spire is an imposing 2 tower structure, packed with features and boasting state-of-the-art tech in each home. I designed a coffee table book for High Net-worth customers purchasing homes at B&B to share with their family and friends. The objective was to give the customer collateral to embellish their word-of-mouth marketing.
The book is adorned with gold foiling to highlight the opulence of the residence. The flourish typography for the adjectives in each heading add to the feeling that Spire catered to more than just necessity. The images below are a few pages from the final book printed after several iterations to arrive at a specific and custom result.
