About project:
The project is a fictive one. The brief requested to illustrate the design and create the packaging of a new range of tea from the "Twinings of London" brand. 
Because the packaging is made of cardboard is accessible for everybody, not like the ones made of steel that are more pricey. But in the same time it has an unique design that captivate the eyes of the costumer. 
I studied the tea market and every design it blends with the other ones on the shelves, that's why I choose black as background with another color. Ex: Black + White, Black + Orange, etc. I need to mention that the market study was made just in the supermarkets of Romania.

The idea:
The taste of this tea is elegant and highly sophisticated. With its light elegant flavour and aristocratic roots, some people think of Earl Grey tea as somewhat posh - reserved for high days and holidays. But in reality, it's one of there most popular blends for every day. Sip and savour the refreshing brilliance of bergamot and the subtle twist 
of orange.

The colors:
Were choose from the real life, from specific flowers, like lavand, orange flowers, rose and jasmine. 

The design:
The flowers are drawn in a scientific way, like in a botanical book to give the idea of natural. 
The packaging design was made with a functional system. We relied on a simple and clever solution to sealed the package. It will make a "click" sound and then you know that the packaging is sealed. And because of this system the tea will keep its fresh flavour. (* An example of this system exist in the images above.)
