"Through the Looking Glass" a Literal Interpretation

The Jabberwocky is a poem by the beloved Lewis Carroll. In this assignment, I took the literal interpretation of the poem and created a book that can only be read literally through a looking glass.

The cover of the book is made from a mirror. The pages were printed with backwards stanzas signifying the poems nonsense and confusing interpretations. The book itself, is made black on black, to show that even with light shed on it, there is still plenty of darkness surrounding the true meaning behind it.

With the help of the mirrors created in the book covers, you are able to decipher and read this poem from a different angle, in hopes that this new angle, gives you a more clearer meaning to this poem.
