Experimenting with wire to create something was much more difficult than I had expected. For this project, the most time consuming portion was twisting two wires together, then combining those two with another pair of twisted wire (and so on) until I had achieved a complex twisting trunk. I then created leaves on the tree branches by creating multiple loops with jewelry pliers. I also used different types of wire. Some wire was soft and easy to bend while some was thick and hard to bend. Each wire had different properties of silver color and luster which added to the project's visual appeal.
