(L) Full-scale art gallery installation created by Holly Kaspar. Titled, The Hurt Within, the pieces explore the concepts of mother nature, environmental destruction and rebirth. The pieces were created for an FGCU Senior Artist Installation Exhibition. Large panels are sumi ink, chalk, and charcoal on burned wood; small, framed pieces are sumi ink on paper. Large wood panels are each over 5' tall. Project fully conceptualized, created, built and installed by Holly Kaspar. 2007.
