El proyecto artístico 'Bullet Park' me invitió a participar con dos ilustraciones en la exposición 'El sueño de Elliot Nailles' que tuvo lugar en la galería La Eriza de Madrid.
El Sueño de Eliot Nailles pretende reivindicar aquellos espacios contemplados en la ficción audiovisual como parte del subconsciente colectivo. ¿Prevalecen en nuestra memoria vital, la arquitectura, las viviendas y los objetos que conforman aquellos films con los que hemos crecido, tanto como lo hacen las casas donde hemos vivido o los lugares que hemos visitado? Seis jóvenes artistas interpretan con distintas técnicas sus obsesiones más personales en torno a estos lugares.
Mi aportación se basó en espacios de ficción de la película Body Double (De Palma, Brian. 1984). Dos ilustraciones realizadas con técnica digital basadas en degradados bicolor.
The artistic project 'Bullet Park' invited me to participate with two illustrations in the exhibition 'The dream of Elliot Nailles' that took place in La Eriza gallery (Madrid).
The Dream of Eliot Nailles claims those spaces contemplated in audiovisual fiction as part of the collective subconscious. Do the architectural, dwellings and objects that make up the films with which we have grown prevail in our memory the same way as do the houses where we have lived or the places we have visited? Six young artists express with different techniques their most personal obsessions around these places.
My contribution was based on fictional spaces in the film Body Double (De Palma, Brian, 1984). Two illustrations made with digital technique built on bi-color gradients.
