Autonomous Walkthrough Food Truck

Culinary Coach is a collaboration between six industrial design students, Jordan Jones, Cody Moore, Aditi Vyas, Fernando Zeledon, Yolin Liu and Tom Rouine. Focusing on re-designing a food truck. It uses multiple autonomous technologies, including the latest advances in self-driving automobiles. A touch screen ordering point, self-cooking oven, green recycling station and an innovative drinks machine are all part of this new, unique and futuristic food truck. Let's take a walk-thru our process, from sketches to final renders!
Starting with some of our sketches; exterior views, counter top ideas and innovative drinks machine concepts.
Culinary Coach was designed to bring together the fast food truck service and the ambience of a restaurant.

The back screen will be viewed by the attendant only. They will have control over the trucks appliances. Along with the overall ambience of the interior and they will be able to view various external cameras.
Starting the customers journey.

The menu can be seen on the front wall. Customer will look for preferred food and hopefully make a good choice.

Customer will firstly be met by the touch screen ordering point. Once they know what they want, ingredients can be swiped into place and sent to cook.

Payment is taken, with attendants help, right after this process.

Customer can watch the food being made as they make their way through the truck.
Once the food is cooked it makes its way off the small conveyer belt.

Condiment station sits at the end with the green recycling station.

Drinks machine is located opposite the condiment station.
