This was a real stunt carried out in Johannesburg to expose how regular middle-class people fail to take action against domestic violence. To see how the neighbours would react we held a drumming session one night and staged a violent, domestic fight on another night. We documented the events and sent the video around virally.

The experiment played out how we expected it to. And the message resonated with millions of people across the world. We had requests for this to flight in France and Brazil. We were published in over three thousand blogs and mainstream newspapers including the Guardian and HuffintonPost - and even a textbook.
