The requirement of the brief was to create a lamp with two different lights: focal and ambient.

I started the design process thinking about my experience while I am in my room at night and also my lighting needs.
For this reason, I thought of a table lamp which offers two types of lights. 

The key element is the system to change the light from. It works like a crutch: you press the button and push up the bottom of the lamp. Thus when the focus of the lamp is open, it gives ambient light and when it is closed provides it spot light.
