What is to weave?

This cover design was created during five days at the International Design Week at Hochschule Augsburg in a team of three students. It was in cooperation with L'École de Design Nantes Atlantique. We created covers and the french students create the content.

The main point in our work is the difficulty of gender design. What do we teach each other? Especially kids in early years are affected by it.

mach dich frei – get loose is a pun. It means both, get naked, take off and get free!

In the process of formation we drew all by our own except the logo and the typography was done by computer. After scanning the drawings and putting everything together we printed it with silk screen printing by our own and without a machine. Little mistakes are artificial.
