Sake is a traditional alcoholic beverage from Japan, made by fermenting rice. As it is not worldwidly developped, and because of the importation of other beverages in Japan, the number of breweries is decreasing. In few years time, if nothing is done, this part of the culture could disappear. One of the solution to avoid that would be to conquer the european market.
The opportunity for me was to re-create the experience of sake to discover and appreciate it, for the european market in order to save a heritage.
