Each year Validity puts on a Holiday to post on social media and email to clients. The challenge with these videos:
•   Must incorporate the office and employees
•   Most employees don't like being on camera
•   No budget allocated for the video

The solution - Create a video that shows the office and employees in a way that doesn't require anyone to leave their comfort zone - even playing up the "humbug" attitude that spoiled videos from previous holiday seasons.

The way we envisioned doing this video brought a few challenges with it. Mainly, the challenge was figuring out how to create the scene where the camera pans from desk to desk without having the budget to use a track system or a stabilizer mount.

My incredibly "cost-effective" solution for this: Put the camera tripod on an old poster with strings attached and pull it along a taped path. When the poster moved along the ground it provided a very smooth glide. We tried a hand cart but the wheels didn't agree with the course carpet texture.
