the preserved part of the town and the location of the plot
the project is about a renovation of a two storey house in the old city of Lefkada and the extension of the house to the West. The urban network is preserved in terms of morphology, thus, the new building must follow specific design principles. Moreover, the extension will be constructed of wood, in line with the traditional way of bilding. Two apartments have been designed, one on each floor, with independent entrances, via the street and the yard.
