Who are we? We find that we live on an insignificant planet of a humdrum star lost in a galaxy tucked away in some forgotten corner of a universe in which there are far more galaxies than people.

My love for galaxies in the form of art.

Mandala in the form of a yin-yang.
A mandala (Sanskrit: मण्डल, lit, circle) is a spiritual and ritual symbol in Indian religions, representing the universe. In common use, "mandala" has become a generic term for any diagram, chart or geometric pattern that represents the cosmos metaphysically or symbolically; a microcosm of the universe.
Over here i've painted the literal sense of a mandala, capturing the universe and representing it in the form of a galaxy.

i've portrayed the strength in her eyes even though she is facing a weak moment with tears flowing down her face in the form of galaxies.
I got the inspiration for this piece from the quote "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger" along with my love for the night sky.
I perceived strength as galaxies since i believe that the strength one withholds within themselves unconsciously is always much more than what they believe it to be.
The reason why i painted her eyes as galaxies were because i believe that ones eyes portray the deeply felt feelings of a human being.
Even though her pain is as countless as the stars in the sky, Her strength is always expanding like the universe.

Galaxy Pants- Picture 1

This was just an idea that floated through my mind on a busy day and i decided to turn my idea into reality by trying out different materials.
This was my final product.
I'm sure putting them on would make you feel out of this world.
