Collis
Initial idea was to create a product where the roots of theherbs are not constrained inside of the classic brown floralvase, but free to spread all over the surface to infinity.
Inspired with different types of landscapes, final shape ofthe product comes from an elaboration of a threedimensionalsatellite image of Andes.
Terraces, hills that gently define the landscape, herbs in thekitchen enriching flavor foods. From these suggestionsarises product Collis.
Using hydro forming technology, sheet of stainless steel isdeformed creating sinuous and delicate shape.Collis is a container that comprises the various ingredientsthat usually have no place in our homes or are creatingchaos in the kitchen worktops. This product also permits a freer use, as a container forsmall things or just as a sculpture. Likewise can be placedin gardens and balconies.
