The story of an area
In the middle of the well-organized city of Tel Aviv, a market grew and evolved in a wild and unruly fashion,
(and in an environment of questionable llegality). The market has changed with the historical changes in the area but has always continued to exist. In our "market signage project" - we decided to expose the layers of this most interesting and significant market's past and record its expansion over the years. We did this by using archival documents, maps, photographs and old articles .We have created an infographic map to reflect the expansion of this important and centrally located market.
