Pig and Swig is an annual celebration of local barbecue, bourbon and beer in Kansas City, Missouri. While on board with the excellent creative team at Triplicity Design, I had the opportunity to work on a brochure for this event.
The challenge was simple: take the existing brand identity already developed by Triplicity and adapt it to a new touch point. Each barbecue vendor was to have a feature page which would include a 2"x2" space for attendees to have stamped, just like a passport. Pre-existing touch points included the logo, a website, and a poster for the event.

Here are some cover and inner spread proposals.
The client elected to go with the dark cover with a border; along with the more conservative inner spreads. After working with with my creative director to further tweak the designs, we arrived at a solution that the client loved and worked really well for the event.
