This school project was a part of a study trip to the Rock museum 'Ragnarrock' in Roskilde. This is my finished product og the LP that my make-believe band Golden Unicorns has just released.

I made a lot of sketches before I started creating some graphic elements in illustrator, these were some of them. 

For this school project we visited the rock music museum "Ragnarrock" in Roskilde, Denmark. Our assignment was to pick an artist, or the band that we made up when visiting the museum, and make an LP cover for them. My band is called the Golden Unicorns and together they reached the second highest level for the fantasy-bands. The band is a pop and RnB inspired band. This is my suggestion for their first single release LP.

I wanted to create a design that created an all over illusion of the "sweet and sugary" pop that the band performs. 

The primary font is BudmoJiggler a bold sans serif font that indicates the type of musik on the LP. It symbolizes disco, pop & Madonna-style.

The posters second font is Source Sans Pro Light ind caps - it 'yells' the message, and makes the viewer interested, but is also easy to read if you're just stopping by the busstop.

Other than the LP cover we were also asked to do a poster design for the band. I made a minimalistic one meant to inspire the viewer to go and listen to the music.
