* Music lovers, music buyers, music listeners.
+ Both
Customer Segments

Primary customers are:
- Singers
- Rappers
- Bands/Groups
- Musicians
- Music Producers
- Song Writers
* Music Lovers
* Music Buyers
* Music Listeners
Characteristics of my ideal customers:
- They know what they're doing.
  > They know how to sing/rap etc. They aren't there just to try it, they are determined and they actually want to be signed.It isn't just a bucket list thing or they do it just because and they don't have an actual goal. They have to know.
- They know what they want to do, when talking about the content they want to create.
  > They have to know what they want to bring out to the public if they're singers or a group or a musician, they should have already planned the style of music they want to be and what sort of message they want to bring out with their songs or music.
- They are loyal to the company.
  > They don't bash the company, they don't break the rules.
- They are patient/understanding.
  > When we have to change the release date of an album or single, they can't get mad and they understand that the producers need more time.
* Music lovers who listen to unpopular music and want to have more amazing options for the kind of genre they like.
Problems:

Some major problems these people face are:
-  Labels reject them without giving them a fair chance.
  > Many labels judge a book by its cover, or they hear one song and they've heard enough.
-  They can't do what they want, no freedom.
  > Many labels don't let the artist write what they want, or perform how they want or sound how they want.
-  Most labels don't tell you what's in the contracts.
  > Many labels force you to be in a fake relationship, or to pretend you went to rehab, or to make a big scene just for more publicity and popularity.
* Some music genres don't get enough publicity.
  > Many music genres like pop/punk and punk/rock don't get enough publicity no matter how good the songs are.
* Some record labels focus solely on one music genre (Pop) and not everyone likes pop.
  > The bigger record labels focus on pop and only pop music, that causes all the radio stations and stores to play these popular pop songs because the labels aren't bringing out any other music genres. As well as at award shows, many artists don't get the award that they deserve solely because of popularity of others that didn't deserve the award.
* Other music genres don't get enough credit for how good they are.
  > Since the media is all about the pop music and rap music, the other genres don't get enough recognition and credit. They are just as amazing and these artists work really hard on their songs but they aren't getting the attention they deserve.
Solutions:

- Labels reject them right away, give them a fair chance.
  > Let them show you what they can do, don't judge limit your judgement on what you first see/hear.
- They can do their own thing.
  > Let them write the kinds of songs they want to write. Let them wear what they want to wear on stage. Let them be themselves while performing.
- Most labels don't tell them entirely about the contract, make sure that you tell them everything.
  > Make sure they are comfortable with what you ask of them. Ask them first, don't demand.
* Be different and focus on other genres.
  > Accept all different kinds of genres into the company.
* Have variety in the music genres that are signed to the company.
  > Don't only bring out one type of music to the public, the more variety, the more unique and successful we'll be.
* Prioritize the popularity of the different genres because the popular genre gets attention anyways.
  > Don't waste your time publicizing the already popular genres. Focus on the less popular so that they equally get as much popularity as, for example, pop music.
Unique Value Proposition

All the albums and singles will be available all around the world. Many songs and albums aren't available in some countries, our record label will make sure that all the countries who are able to listen to music, can listen to the songs our artists come out with.
Channels

* iTunes
  > Many music lovers browse the latest hits and albums on iTunes.
* Spotify
  > Spotify categorizes the different music genres and make playlists for you automatically, therefore, they'll be able to see the new music we come out with depending on the genre they like/choose.
* Sound Cloud
  > Not all songs are on Sound Cloud, but many choose SC to listen to music, having all the music we bring out will help those looking for music on SC.
- Email
  > Email is an easy way to communicate with anyone, it also gets checked often with everyone on their phones/internet.
+ Social Media
  > Everyone is on social media. You can find talented artists on places like YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and in the past Vine. You can also advertise the music on all social media, since everyone is on their phones/the internet, someone is bound to see the ad and be interested.
Cost Structures

- Per song, song writers and artists should get $0,091 for each song and how ever many is sold (ex. 1 million copies have been sold) the artist gets a fraction of $91,000 for that song depending on how much they actually worked on it. For albums, it's the same thing.
