Color Experiments – 13 weeks, 13 items

Color Experiments

What happens when two designers randomly draw Wikipedia items and approach them experimentally, while always having the aspect of color in the back? The aim: to create as many design and art artifacts as possible, which are used to analyze the application of color. »Color Experiments« is a collection of the results and findings from this experiment we did over 3 months.

13 weeks, 13 items

Our book contains 13 completely different works on 13 terms from 13 weeks. They show the range of what color constitutes in our world, our environment, our society. From everyday to controversial – color offers a great spectrum and has massive power!

The wide range of the resulting work covers topics like referees, porn, bishops, The Beatles, soccer jerseys, polychromy, butterflies, road signs, dogs, cars, planets, a nationalist sect and traffic junctions.

This project contains material we found on the internet and that we used as a base for our own creative work.
It is in no case used for commercial purpose, but only for this personal project of us.
