FSAE Motorsports Car Body and Pedal Assembly Design
A project for my industrial design independent study and my involvement in FSAE motorsports team in Duke University. Also a complex surface modeling practice in Solidworks before I design for the Duke team.
Pedal Assembly For SAE Motorsports Race Car
Simpler, lighter and stronger than the previous design.
Utilizes master cylinders with remote reservoirs (not shown) and placed the cylinders under the pedal, decreasing the assembly and race car length by 4 inches.
Utilizes C channels with slots and combines support units with function units.
Placement on frame adjustable
