The purpose of this campaign is to promote the empowerment of women in the workplace for the He for She initiative. It comments on the lack of diversity in the workplace and highlights the benefit of having more female employees.
The campaign will run in the form of various single page newspaper print adverts. Ideal publications would be those that will offer the brand exposure to business leaders, such as newspapers or business journals. It can also be extended to out-of-home advertising in the form of posters. These would ideally be located in airport business lounges to ensure effective exposure.
