Piara Central is a new 15 hectare, 151 lot development bordering Nicholson and Skeet Roads in Piara Waters, situated in the burgeoning south-east corridor of Perth. It has been our pleasure to build the brand from the ground up with the team at Cedar Woods and launch the estate through the ’Now You’re Living Campaign’.
Driven by the sentiment of accessibility without compromise, the campaign has distinguished itself from traditional land estate creative with use of unique illustrative styling, to demonstrate the simple pleasures in life.
