Branding
It's name owes the little cafe and bar Mäx to the blacksmith 'Max Auber'. A beloved and convenial companion, who was called 'Mäx'. He lived in Dunningen in the blackforrest, in a welcoming house at a charateristical location: In the heart of the village.
The building was renovated by Anja Faller in 2016 to establish a cafe and bar. A welcoming place, that feels like home to everyone. Branding and architecture go hand in hand. Simple black, white and petrol colouring match ideally with the brown wooded interior design. Lots of the handmade wood furniture is made of original beams. Small stuff makes it fine: Menu on clipboards, coloring cards for kids - it's the perfext mix of old an new. It's traditional and modern. Simple and impressive.

The website completes the MÄX' appearance. It's the mix of longpage character, soft effects, lovely textures, photographical images, editorial text and well chosen fonts that makes it fine.
