GAPENA is formally caled as Gabungan Penulis Nasional Malaysia.It is located at Jalan Dewan Bahasa, Kuala Lumpur. The house is located in the “Cultural Island” where PENA House, and Yayasan Penataran Ilmu are located beside it. GAPENA House is the place where the GAPENA members gather to share idea as well as the place for working. For others specific time,some art and performance event was held in this house.
The goal of the design is the bring the existing indoor activity to outise of the house in adition to create new space that could be functional to GAPENA member and visitor where the space itself provide and identity of GAPENA which is interact to cultural and literature.
