Plaza DBKL is located at Jalan Raja Laut and  in between Dataran Merdeka and Bangunan Dewan Bandar Raya Kuala Lumpur. It is a small plaza surround with main and hassle road in Kuala Lumpur with a strong context; Dataran Merdeka.However where it is located, there is stil less attractive and no continuous user.
The main objective of this design is to remodeling the site by introducing new circulation that could attract people come to the site in addtion to become one of a nodes in the area.
